Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of AI Support Agent (the "Service") provided by Murakami Business Consulting, Inc.("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Use of the Service is based on a separate agreement with us. Registration is deemed complete upon execution of such agreement.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering of the Service
• Any other acts we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Changes and Suspension)

We may change or suspend the content of the Service without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or legitimate rights holders. Users may use the Service only within the scope permitted by these Terms.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
