Displayed prices do not include Japanese consumption tax. The applicable consumption tax will be charged separately based on the service fee.
Customers under a corporate contract who choose payment by bank transfer are responsible for the bank transfer fee.
Payment can be made by credit card (automatic renewal via Stripe), or by bank transfer with an invoice for corporate contracts.
Credit card payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Bank transfer payments are due by the payment deadline stated on the invoice (within 30 days of the invoice date).
The Service becomes available immediately after payment is completed (once the tenant account has been created).
As the Service is a digital service (SaaS), we are unable to offer refunds once the Service has been made available. Contract cancellation (account termination) is handled separately; please contact us through the inquiry channel below.
