AI Support Agent (the "Service") is a multi-tenant AI support agent service provided by Murakami Business Consulting, Inc.("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used.

Retention depends on the data type and deployment configuration. CloudWatch operational logs may be retained for up to six months. Some transferred files and call recordings are automatically deleted after up to 90 days. Business records, knowledge entries, conversations, and audit records may be retained while required to provide the Service or according to the customer's contract and configuration.
Scope of data access: Slack permissions include messages in channels the installed app can access. AI responses are normally initiated by app mentions. Repository, Backlog, and Agent CLI access is limited by configured credentials, project settings, and user instructions.
