1. Introduction

AI Support Agent (the "Service") is a multi-tenant AI support agent service provided by Murakami Business Consulting, Inc.("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used.

2. Information We Collect

The Service may collect the following information:

  • Slack messages and conversation data: When the Service is installed in a Slack workspace, it receives mentions, direct messages, and channel messages to generate AI responses.
  • User identifiers: Slack user IDs, display names, and similar identifiers are collected.
  • Source code and repository information: Repository metadata, source code, files, and command results are processed when users configure or instruct the Service to access them.
  • Connected-service data: Backlog tickets, uploaded files, E2E test results and screenshots, and other data from enabled integrations may be processed.
  • Usage logs: Request logs are collected for stable operation and improvement of the Service. They are not used to identify individuals.

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

  • Generating AI responses to questions
  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
  • Preventing unauthorized use
  • Support operations

4. Sharing with Third Parties

The Service uses the following services to generate AI responses, and data may be transmitted to them for processing:

  • AWS Bedrock / Anthropic Claude: Used to generate AI responses when the corresponding execution mode is selected.
  • OpenAI/Codex: Prompts, relevant project context, and execution results may be transmitted for AI processing when Codex is selected.
  • Enabled integrations: Slack, Backlog, Git hosting, and other services receive the data required to carry out user-configured operations.

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to any other third parties without user consent, except as required by law or upon request by a competent public authority.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention depends on the data type and deployment configuration. CloudWatch operational logs may be retained for up to six months. Some transferred files and call recordings are automatically deleted after up to 90 days. Business records, knowledge entries, conversations, and audit records may be retained while required to provide the Service or according to the customer's contract and configuration.

Scope of data access: Slack permissions include messages in channels the installed app can access. AI responses are normally initiated by app mentions. Repository, Backlog, and Agent CLI access is limited by configured credentials, project settings, and user instructions.

6. Security

We leverage AWS security features and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect collected information from unauthorized access, leakage, and tampering.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised as necessary. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by posting them on this page.
